Hey, Marty, I saw your comment at Yarnplayer's blog about the watch face. I couldn't leave a comment over there, but I wanted to let you know that there's a great selection of watch faces at www.artbeads.com. I have no connection with them, other than having had a good experience as a customer. I've thought about tatted watches, too, but I've got so many other projects going, and I'm also looking for that roundtuit!

These are beautiful! As are all your ornaments.
Regarding the maroon, Karen Lowrimore, President of Palmetto Tatters, did a set of ornaments in maroon with gold tatting last year. They were snapped up right away at the Craft Fair where they were being sold.
So, no need to worry about the color. They are gorgeous.
By the way, love your designs on the Design-Tat course.
